The BioRail is perfect for facilities that prefer to use sand or manure bedding. It is corrosion-resistant and ideal for situations where little or no concrete is required in the bedding area. This system allows for greater flexibility in adjusting the stall's height and width and can be installed by anyone without needing on-site welding.
Durability
Perfect for deep-bedded stalls using sand or manure, the BioRail design keeps all steel mounts out of the bedding reducing the risk of corrosion. All components in this system are hot dipped galvanized and can be paired with pre-galvanized or hot dipped galvanized Y2K, SY2K, J2K, or H2K loops.
Easy Installation
Our BioRail design is unique, it can easily be installed directly onto any post or building column, keeping posts and mounts out of bedding and away from cows. Requiring minimal posts to sink into concrete the BioRail system is available with a variety of post clamp options and is compatible with any Eastrock loop.

Whether you are designing a new facility or renovating an old facility, the BioRail freestall mounting system is a great choice. Designed to easily install to any post or building column, this system is fully adjustable after installation for both height and width.
Cow-Friendly
The BioRail system was built to have a little flex in the loops to protect against injuries. With an open front, this system doesn’t impede lunge space and our loop features ensure cow comfort from the high cantilever to the low side lunge that allows them to groom, socialize or rest comfortably.
